Conversion of 3 Komatsu forwarders into 3 x kronos forestry trailer.

I build it myself complete by hand.

Selfbuild Ufkes Greentec 942 tracks woodchipper.

Also the 635 d Tigercat skidder is now ready.
Here I have the necessary handles and put them in the correct color.
Also on both doors again wire mesh is made similar to the real one.
There are 2 articulated cilinders made on it with the mounting eyes for this.
Also between the articulated point the hydr. hoses.
On the back of the cylinders for the arm are the pipes made incl. garding caps and covers.
To the clamp have i have made the necessary pipes and these go as with the real through the arm to the inner clamp to damage limitation.

Also the second Tigercat is taken care of.
It is the Tigercat 824G wheeled feller buncher with a 5600 feller head.
This is a so-called drive-to-tree feller Buncher.

I have made all hydraulic lines to the feller head incl. the line protection.
This go from the head to the shovel and to the cylinders.

On the lifting cylinders there are also the hydraulic lines incl. the protective covers on the cylinders.

Also the two articulating cylinders are made with also t necessary lines.
The cab door Windows are extra protects with gauze as in t really thing.
Also, the various grips on the model. Added some stickers and gave the model a used and contaminated look.

The first of the set of 3 Tigercat models i will post here.
This one does have the largest remodeling.
It comes to the Tigercat feller buncher 870 c tracked feller buncher with the 5702 feller head
.
On the standard model were ugly rubber tracks. In my opinion, this did greatly affect the quite beautiful model.
Since there is no beautiful donor track for this model I have the typical track with single grouser pads homemade from poly.

In addition, on the boom to all cylinders and to the cutting head all hydraulic lines and hoses made with hose protection.
This is bad vissible because these are mounted on the back and bottom of the arm and are painted black same as the boom.
But it are details that should not be missed.

There are also several handles made and the work lamps are silver painted in stead of the standard red.
Operator in the cab and wire mesh in front of the window of the door just like the real thing.
In addition, various stickers on it and a contaminated/used look.

When I was at Henry Selten last week for some stuff to pick up, there is of course the necessary discussed about model construction .... we then came on the subject low loader and his new building kit to the Dangreville lowloader.
Henry has a large version with 2 x 3 axles and the long Dangreville overhang on it! I would of course something else and in this case not bigger but rather a bit smaller. I was immediately thinking of the smaller but more frequent seen 2 x 2 asser!
This is not as difficult.. matter of sawing an axle off it. Now I wanted to also get rid of the long overhang and that is just more difficult. So i saw the back and off and maked a small overhang. The necessary seams are made invisible and many details have been added .... the wooden floorboards are replaced for tear sheet metal parts and a checker plate tool chest which can open and equipped with boxes is added! Furthermore, the model with the necessary traces of use and weathering!

The stock model looks like nothing on it's original tyre's! Tanks Toto!

The truck is not used in the forest but is used for transport tasks around the forest. A company here in Holland uses exact the same truck. They can also be used for farm work!

Update New container for the truck

For the transport of wood Peters uses a flatcontainer
This container fits perfectly on the M.A.N and carriers!
Along with the cut stems of real wood a unique beautiful set!
After loading the last load of logs on the rongenbak right away the excavator on the semi loaded and taken back to the company! The height is just under 4 metres .... and no he is still not fixed! There is still work to be done for the driver.

A second containeris under construction as well as a larger trailer for this. On the pictures to see with another trailer and with the Ufkes Greentec 952 Mega wood chipper!

The latest acquisition of the company ... a white Valtra T234. Al standard very beautiful model is only equipped with wider and what higher tyres making this tractor much better than standard! Model is only equipped with what stickers ... hydro and air connections and is weathered

New is the conversed New Holland E215 crawler crane.
Now it is a fantastic combination for my collection!
